BMP Custom Prints stands behind the quality of its products and services. If you are not satisfied with your finished product, contact Customer Service by email at email@example.com within 1 day from the date you receive your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
Any cancelation after production has started will result in a partial refund.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
All sales are final. Items may not be refunded or exchanged. Please notify BMP Custom Prints no later than 1 day after receiving order if there are any print errors that may have occurred.
Once all details are agreed upon, a non-refundable deposit of 100% from total order is required to get started
All orders may take 7-14 business days to be completed (from the time all details are finalized). Turnaround will be 2-3 weeks from date of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: BMP Custom Prints is not responsible for the following:
· Inaccurate or poor-quality artwork
CUSTOMER PROVIDED APPAREL:
· BMP Custom Prints cannot guarantee results on garments and other items supplied by customer.
Shipping and Delivery
· Delivery delays due to improperly prepared files and/or postal services delays.
· Incorrect shipping address, undeliverable packages/3rd delivery attempts, or other errors created by you.
Your approval/ payment of this invoice constitutes acceptance of all details on the invoice and in these terms. If final product isn't what you expected, but it matches the order details, we will not be responsible for any discrepancies.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY ARTWORK PROVIDED BY THE BUYER, IN WHICH VIOLATES IN ANY WAY TRADEMARK and/or COMPYRIGHTED LAWS WILL NOT BE COMPLETED AND THE BUYER WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.
